EED 2601
ASSIGNMENT 1
2026
QUESTION 1

a. Interpersonal Intelligence involves the ability to understand and interact effectively
with others. This include the ability to be sensitive to people's moods, motivations, and
intentions. Individuals with high interpersonal intelligence are often great team players
and conflict resolvers. An example in the context of a classroom setting is that , I can
implement Think-Pair-Share activities. This allows learners to discuss ideas with peers,
helping them process information through social interaction and collaboration.

, b. Visual-Spatial Intelligence is the ability to think in three dimensions and visualize with
the mind's eye. Learners with this intelligence are skilled at interpreting images, maps,
and charts, and they often have a strong sense of direction and artistic design. A
classroom application scenario is that, I will use mind maps and infographics during my
lessons. Instead of just lecturing, I will provide graphic organizers that allow students to
sketch out the connections between different concepts visually.

c. Bodily/Kinesthetic Intelligence is the capacity to manipulate objects and use a variety
of physical skills. It involves a keen sense of timing and the perfection of skills through
mind-body union. These learners "learn by doing" rather than by sitting and listening. A
classroom application scenario is that, I will incorporate role-playing where students
must physically move around the classroom to different stations to collect information or
demonstrate a process through movement.

d. Musical/Rhythmic Intelligence is the sensitivity to rhythm, pitch, meter, tone, melody,
and timbre. It involves the ability to recognize, create, and appreciate music. These
learners often think in sounds and patterns.A classroom application is that, I will allow
students to create a short song, rhyme, or rap to memorize key facts or formulas. Using
rhythmic patterns helps these learners encode information more deeply into their long-
term memory.

e. Verbal-Linguistic Intelligence involves the ability to use language both written and
spoken effectively. These learners are typically good at reading, writing, telling stories,
and memorizing words along with their meanings. A classroom application scenario is
that I will facilitate class debates by asking students to write a persuasive essay or
defend a point of view orally, I cater to their strength in using language to structure
thought.
