2. Be current and qualified as at least a CAP Pilot in accordance with this regulation for the CAP
aircraft to be used; and
3. Have passed the appropriate CAP Orientation Pilot Endorsement Quiz (NonROTC, ROTC, or
Glider) within the past 4 years or as updated by NHQ; and
4. Have passed a CAP Pilot Flight Evaluation and received the appropriate CAP Orientation Pilot
endorsement(s) within the past 12 calendar months; and
5. For airplanes, have at least 200 hours fixed-wing PIC time to carry CAP cadets and at least 300
hours fixed-wing PIC time to carry ROTC/JROTC cadets; or
