Creativity over perfection, every child is an artist” grew up in a home where arts meant survival . my

Western” “Make arts safe for shy learners” “Let alive. At school, art was only drawing, but I loved it. Drama
learners express feelings, not just follow rules” scared me, but my teacher’s kindness helped me try.
Outside school, I danced at wqeddings and helped paint
church scenery. These experiences taught me that arts are
not about talent, they are about belonging. As a teacher, I
will never say “that’s wrong.” Instead, I’ll ask “what does
this mean to you?” I will bring local songs, recycled
materials, and inclusive games into my classroom.
My past shaped me to be a teacher who heals, not just
instructs.
