What one or two situations would be important for you to have the
best communication?
Regarding situations in which I feel the most value is to be gained
by improving my communication relates to my clinic work because
it is so important that my patient understand what I am saying and
why I'm saying it. I think that the clarity and the volume with which
I speak need to be such that my patient has no doubt about what
is being said. I don't want to sound like I'm lecturing. I don't want
to sound severe, but I need to be clear and I need to be
adequately, the volume needs to be adequate for the patient to
hear. So, that's one setting. And certainly with the amount of
administrative work that I have related to my work, the need to
speak to groups will never go away. It just increases. And that is
the second place where it needs to be a clear focus on my part. To
ensure that everyone in the room can hear me. And I know that's
not the case at this point.

realize that that will not be the rest of my life. So the other things I
like to do now, that I expect will translate into future activities: I
