After 22 hours of eating a hamburger that he said was the worst thing ever he began to suffer from diarrhea, was nauseous, fatigued, and ran a fever of 102o. He went to his doctor the next morning and still continued to suffer from diarrhea, after many tests it was found that the organism was cultured from stool specimens. The bacteria is E. Coli with a gram negative rods gram stain. – Procedure – Observations and Results – Discussion – Conclusion
