ETIOLOGÍA

- Por laceraciones, traumatismos o sobrecarga.
- Mecanismo de lesión:


Zona I: Flexión forzada de la IFD en extensión.

Zona II: Laceración dorsal o lesión por aplastamiento.

Zona V: "Mordedura de puño". Rotura de la bandeleta sagital (“flea flicker”:
extensión forzada de un dedo flexionado).
