ICS supervisor and receive work assignments only from their ICS supervisors.

Span of Control - ANSWER -Pertains to the number of individuals or resources that one
supervisor can manage effectively during an incident.

Resources - ANSWER -Refers to personnel, supplies, and equipment.

Incident Command Post - ANSWER -The location from which the Incident Commander
oversees all incident operations.

Staging Area - ANSWER -A temporary location where personnel and equipment are
gathered while waiting to be assigned.

Incident Command System (ICS) - ANSWER -A standardized approach to incident
management that ensures an integrated, coordinated response among various
jurisdictions and agencies.
