Types of Lifts - Answer 1 Repetitive or simple lift ; load is easily within the limits of the crane,
wire rope, hook, and rigging.
2 A planned lift ; requires some calculations by the operator for capacity, hazards, or rigging.
3 Critical lift; are done under special circumstances that require a written lift plan be done prior
to the lift.
