Talking on a hands-free cell phone while driving is just as dangerous as talking on a hands-on cell phone.
In both cases following a conversation interferes with detecting unpredicted things in the path of the
vehicle.

When the locations and appearance schedule of all targets in all tasks is predictable, and the targets are
sequential rather than overlapping, the sequence of actions to these targets can be encoded bỵ the
