Health Care Providers, Inspections of Records--chapter - ANSWER-112
Inspection of records, patient rights, social security - ANSWER->allow pt or
representative to inspect records
>copy of record shall be provided after receiving a reasonable fee
>cannot charge a fee if records are requested re claiṁ or appeal under social security
or a needs-based benefit prograṁ
>social security records w/in 30 days of request
