Effect:

- mAchR: Rest and Digest actie van het autonoom zenuwstelsel, zweetsecretie van het
sympathisch zenuwstelsel, vasodilatatie door NO vrijstelling.
- nAchR: ganglionaire synapsen, motorische eindplaat, productie adrenaline in de bijnier.

Bijwerkingen: braken, miose, lensaccommodatie, diarree, incontinentie, bradycardie, spasmen
