Heel duidelijk!  Hevige pijn en beweging is compleet beperkt
Breuk?
 Zo ja, breuk eerst behandelen
 Zo nee, schouder reduceren
Voor extra duidelijkheid  radiografie

Behandeling
 Schouder reduceren door arts om schade aan okselzenuw te
vermijden.
 Schouder fixeren met draagband voor 4 weken.
 Hoe jonger hoe meer kans op nieuwe (sub)luxatie.

Stabilisatie en kracht
