Jef Peeters contacteert u om zijn appartement gelegen te Berchem, De Roest
D’alkemadelaan 1 bus 404 in verkoop te geven. Het pand werd verhuurd, maar de
huurster is naar een RVT en de heer Peeters heeft geen zin om het pand te
renoveren en het terug te verhuren. Vandaar is een verkoop aan de orde.

U gaat naar het pand kijken en komt te weten dat Jef Peeters de naakte eigendom
van het appartement geschonken heeft gekregen van zijn moeder, Liliane Vervoort.



U nodigt Jef Peeters uit op kantoor om het pand in portefeuille te nemen.

OPLOSSING:
1. contract opstellen
2. welk type contract nodig: exclusieve (altijd aan te raden) bemiddelingsopdracht
MAAR sterker nog: ‘niet buiten’ de verkoop ruimte afgesloten
overeenkomst want op kantoor, makkelijker want je moet geen precontractuele
informatie verstrijken
