ethical considerations are considered, we see that Western nations are obliged to provide

meaningful and sufficient support to developing nations, not only through financing but also

through the transfer of crucial technologies.

Eastern ethical frameworks also play a role, particularly in their emphasis on balance,

harmony, and collective action. For example, Eastern belief systems, which are shaped by

Confucian and Buddhist, place a strong emphasis on interconnectedness and the value of

collective effort in reaching common objectives. This viewpoint is in line with the kind of global

teamwork that the Paris Agreement fosters, where countries join to establish not only common
