Internal Strengths:
The two internal strengths of this organization are high-quality and all-natural/organic products
and a loyal customer base.
The implementation and utilization of only high-quality and all-natural/organic products
is an important internal strength of the organization.
The loyal customer base is a crucial internal strength of the organization. Having
customers who will keep coming back is important for keeping the business in good financial
standing.
Weaknesses:
Two weaknesses are the high pricing of products and no social media branding.
Natural/Organic products cost more than regular products causing high pricing to be a
weakness. Most people who shop at health food stores are already aware of this and know these
products are going to cost more.
