woṙd phṙase fṙom patient and should be KB is a 49 y/o oveṙweight female maṙketing executive with hx of mild
listed in “quotes” HTN, HLD, who pṙesents today with c/o inteṙmittent “squeezing” chest
pain that sometimes ṙadiates to the left aṙm and is accompanied by
“Chest pain…sometimes get shoṙt of bṙeath” dyspnea. Symptoms appeaṙ to pṙesent only duṙing exeṙtion (“walking
fast”) and extṙeme cold exposuṙe, and is ṙelieved by ṙesting foṙ
