LDR 531 Week 5 Strategic Change, Case Study Creative organizations must possess certain fundamentals in order to maintain their competitive edge, continually adapt to the market, and to support growth. Not only do organizations need creative leaders, but the organization itself must utilize creative leadership elements and processes. Chapter 10 and 11 in Managing Leadership teach us about creative structure and how that can apply to organizations. Creative organizations will have a clear purpose and vision. A passion for their product or service and then put those into action. This creates what is known as a Creative Structure. Adams and Anderson state, “the Creative Structure is a growth loop-each time you cycle through the loop, it grows (p. 215). Over time, as an organization loops through the Creative Structure, they will see a growth in their business and success with their process.
