1. Write what your psychological disorder is (briefly about 4 to 5 line)
2. What are the causes and triggers?
Note: Before you start writing begin with words like there are a lot
of causes and triggers to(chosen psychological disorder), some of
these are………….
3. Write what part of body systems your chosen disorder effect and
how it affects the system and overall body.
Body systems: the integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular
system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, nervous
system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, and
reproductive systems.

What to do:
1. Write what the individual feels when they feel their condition is about
to start.
2. What are the physical, emotional, social and mental symptoms(if
there’s more then please add/ if there's one of them just write
one for it)
3. Write down if there are any treatments for the chosen disorder and
name and explain what they are and what they do to help the
individual with the disorder.
