The choice of a venue is not always easy, especially if you have to find one in an area far away/abroad and not well
known. Know that you can rely on the expertise of DMO's ( Destination marketing organisations) ore venue search

If you have to look for a venue in Belgium, than it's often a bit easier to find an appropriate one. If you find one,
please go and explore it. Make an appointment to get a tour in the venue. Look at the surroundings. What about
parking facilities ? Public transport ? Other venues that organise events (look at the programme of these events and
see if events on the same date can create traffic jams or problems).
