licensee. Recommendations must be based solely on the therapeutic
value of equipment to the pt

to select the PT provider

prior written consent
-Adhere to minimal standards of acceptable prevailing practice

physical abuse of, or unlawful discrimination against patients,
students, or colleagues
-Not engage in any sexual relationship or conduct including dating,
with any patient. Or engage in any conduct that may be reasonably
interpreted by the patient to be sexual, whether consensual or not,
while a therapist/patient relationship exists
-Not intentionally view or expose fully or partially a disrobed pt in
the course of treatment if the exposure of viewing is not related to pt
diagnoses or treatment
-Engage in conversation with a patient that is sexually explicit and
unrelated to the PT POC
-Not engage in sexual harassment of pts, students, and or colleagues
-Not falsify, alter, or destroy pt/client records, medical records, or
billing records without authorization
-Maintain accurate patient and/or billing records
-Not practice PT when the ability to practice is impaired by alcohol,
controlled substances, narcotic drugs, physical/mental disability,
emotional disability. Licensee will submit to a physical/mental exam
when competency is called into question.
-Not obtain/attempt to obtain or deliver meds through means of
misrepresenta
