,Needs for Curriculum Change Plan
- Curriculum change is important because it is necessary to achieve
quality learning and adapt to innovations.

- Frequent changes in the curriculum are driven by the need to increase
the quality and rigor of education or establish a common curriculum.

- Changes in the curriculum can enhance the professional growth of
teachers and schools.

- Curriculum sometimes needs to change because of advancements in
technology that have occurred that may be beneficial to incorporate in
the curriculum.

- Teachers' capacity to respond to curriculum change is essential, and
understanding the reasons behind curriculum change can help teachers
cope with the uncertainty it brings.


- Overall, curriculum change is important for adapting to the evolving
needs of students and society, improving the quality of education, and
supporting teachers in their professional growth

, Needs for Curriculum Change Plan
- I chose to focus my curriculum change plan on my current STEAM
curriculum. I started in this position 3 years ago and wasn’t given much
guidance in developing a STEAM curriculum.

- Now, with a few years of experience, I feel more confident in developing
and implementing a successful curriculum.

- Another need for change is the adoption of new science standards. The
PA Steels Standards are the new set of standards. My curriculum needs
to change a little to make sure that I am touching on the necessary
standards.
