-Tx: furosemide (lasix), monitor potassium and sodium intake,
NPO to limit fluid intake, replace sodium, daily weight, frequent
reorient paitent, fall risk, rails up on bed, frequent rounding, I&O,
frequent neuro assessment, lung sounds bc of congestion that may
occur
