↓ renal perfusion → ↑ BUN, Cr, uric acid, oliguria
↑ proteinuria → ↓ serum albumin
↓ PLT (< 100,000) AKA thrombocytopenia
Sx of Eclampsia - Answer Same as pre-eclampsia as well as seizures
Tx of pre-eclampsia with out severe features: - Answer daily kick counts
US q4wks & doppler q2wks to determine fetal growth
