Vb. martelen kan niet goedgekeurd worden, ook niet door een deontoloog
Vb. iemand dat iets geld geeft voor een goed doel: enkel en alleen om het aanzien van
vrijgevig te zijn te verkrijgen maar eigenlijk bijna niets te geven
Vb. duolegaten (vzw aanstellen als algemene legataris met als last om deel uit te keren en
successierechten te betalen): als vzw verwerpt heb je geen algemene legataris en dan is je
testament niet uitgewerkt en dan zetten ze de erfgenamen onder druk (kan deontologisch
niet)

Niet de bedoeling om de notaris zelf te beschermen
