repossessor, dog handler, security consultant, or polygraph examiner. The

A LICENSEE'S DISCIPLINE OR THE ACTIVITY OF AN UNLICENSED
PERSON DO NOT GIVE THE BOARD THE ABILITY TO SUBPOENA
AND OBTAIN ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION. The answer is yes.

Any anyone who, for pay, cares for, supplies, or trains dogs for the protection of

denotes an individual engaged in the administration of polygraphic

The term "answer polygraph" refers to a device, whether electronic or
mechanical, that records or measures the physiological effects of psychological
stimuli in order to enable the examiner or intern to form an opinion regarding
the veracity of statements made by the person being examined.
