Domain 1: Clinical Evaluation - Answer -Includes: Screening and Assessment
Definition: The systematic approach to screening and assessment of individuals thought
to have a substance use disorder, being considered for admission to addiction-related
services, or presenting in a crisis situation.

Domain 2: Treatment Planning - Answer -Definition: A collaborative process in which
professionals and the client develop a written document that identifies important
