birth weight (test for Hep B @ 9-12 mo)
Hep B unknown: Hep B vaccine within 12 hours of birth regardless of weight and
0.5mL HBIG if <2000g. If >2000g test mom and give HBIG if mom is positive.
Rotavirus vaccine schedule - ANSWER Rota Teq is administered in three oral
doses at 2, 4, and 6 months of age.
Rotarix is administered in two oral doses at 2 and 4 months.
FYI: Do not administer on or after 15 weeks. Final dose by 8 mo.
