P4: Select suitable specialist tourism holidays to meet specific customer profiles.
In this assignment I will select 3 suitable tourism holidays to meet two specific customer
profiles. I will then explain how the chosen holidays meet the requirements of the customer,
selecting the preferred option for each customer profile.
CUSTOMER PROFILE-1
Mr and Mrs Brown from London are looking for a holiday that includes a medical
component to give Mr Brown the opportunity to undergo a hip replacement operation. The
holiday is planned for 2020 but Mr and Mrs Brown are flexible with regards to when the
holiday could take place but will prefer it to be as early as possible. They will like to fly from
their nearest airport.
The Browns are not wealthy but they have planned for this holiday and therefore funds are
available to meet the cost for the holiday.
