Assignment 2: Task Two – Health Screening

You now need to safely carry out at least four health monitoring tests for the two contrasting
individuals you questioned.

You will also need to be able to understand the tests you’re carrying out so that you are able to
draw conclusion from the data collected. You’ll need to describe the strengths and areas for
improvement for a MERIT and evaluate for a DISTINCTION.

You must produce a report for each individual to describe and evaluate the following:

 Strengths based on their questionnaire and test results
 Areas for improvement based on their health screening questionnaire and test results
 Comparisons to norm values for each test
 Recommendations for general lifestyle improvement


I am going to be testing the following for my two individuals:

 Heart rate
 Blood pressure
 Waist-to-hip ratio
 Body mass index
