ADVANTAGES
➢ Speedy Transmission: Requires only a few sec’s to communicate bcs it supports quick transmission.
➢ Wide Coverage: Communication is now instant worldwide.
➢ Low Cost: It’s cheaper and faster than traditional methods (e.g., SMS vs. letter).
➢ Instant feedback: Electronic media allows instant exchange of feedback.
ADVANTAGES
➢ Volume of Data: The fast-growing volume of data is hard to manage in time.
➢ Cost of Development: Infrastructure and tech upgrades require large, ongoing investments.
➢ Legal Status: Faxed or distorted data may lack legal validity.
➢ Undelivered Data: Data may not be retrieved due to system error or fault with the tech.

Advantages:
- Mg’s are free to send
- Mg’s are received directly after being sent
- You can see when your message has been delivered
- You can see when messages has been read
- You can create group convo’s
Disadvantages:
- Mg’s aren’t always saved
- Low Security - bcs its public network
- Informal & not suited for Biz communi
- Can’t be ignored for long time
