Acute spierletsels
Direct is contact op de spier en deze kunnen we
onderverdelen in contusie en laceration.
Contusie kan veel pijn doen en dit kan
beperkend werken. Contusie is als iemand bv
op een borduur valt. Laceration is een
snijwonde in bv vinger/ hand/ polsen dan gaan
we een fascicel doorboren. Indirect hebben we
geen contact op/met de spier, direct contact
wel.



Direct spierletsel
• Contusion
o Oorzaak
▪ Botte externe kracht (bv tackle) (geen scheur)
o Klinisch beeld
▪ Diffuse pijn (voor 2 dagen of 3 weken last hebben)
▪ Hematoom (kan groot zijn of klein)
▪ Zwelling
▪ ROM daalt
▪ Palpatie gevoelig
• Laceration
o Oorzaak:
▪ Scherp extern voorwerp (bv mes)
