B = The pixels you have chosen for the system to look for (to track)
from one frame to the next. This box gets called various things,
depending on the application you're using. I've come to call it the
"Target Pattern" box.
C = This cross hair symbol gets called different things, depending on the
application. However, I prefer the term used in Adobe After Effects.
They refer to this as the "Attach Point" since it is the location where the
object you apply the tracking data to will attach itself.
