AAA Screening Guidelines - Answer-Must be MAN, 65-75 years old who eveer smoked. It is a 1 time
screening
Type 2 Diabetes - Answer-Adults aged 40 to 70 years old who are overweight or obese. Can do A1c,
fasting glucose, or glucose load
Asprin to prevent Cardovascular Disese - Answer-low dose asprin in adults 50-59 years old with 10% or
greater 10 year ASCVD risk, and are not at risk for bleeding, and must be willing to take for 10 years
Asymptomatic Bacteruria - Answer-All pregnant women along with urine culture
BRACA gene testing - Answer-Women with 1st degree relative with breast cancer diagnosed before age
55, 1st degree male relative with breast cancer, or 1st degree relative with ovarian and breast cancer
diagnosis before 70
Mammogram - Answer-Biennial screening for women 50 to 74 years old
Cervical Cancer Screening - Answer-The USPSTF recommends screening for cervical cancer in women
ages 21 to 65 years with cytology (Pap smear) every 3 years or, for women ages 30 to 65 years who want
to lengthen the screening interval, screening with a combination of cytology and human papillomavirus
(HPV) testing every 5 years. HPV testing can only start at 30 years old
Colorectal Cancer Screening - Answer-Start screening at 50 years and continue until the age of 75 years
