What is something you think you can improve on?
ANSWER ✔✔
I'm too hard on myself — I'm my own harshest critic.
While this can push me to be better, it can also lead to burnout.
So, I need to work on finding a healthy balance between self-discipline and self-compassion.
Tell me about yourself.
ANSWER ✔✔
First, thank you for this opportunity.
I'm a recent graduate from WVU and eager to enter the sales industry, especially with a company
like AT&T, which is consistently at the top of the Fortune 500 list.
I'm a lifelong learner who believes in improving 1% every day. I come from an athletic
background — I’m coachable, resilient, passionate, and solution-oriented.
Though I lack direct sales experience, I’ve gained valuable customer service skills working in
retail and food service.
I was also a brand ambassador for Boardroom Media, where I organized events and gave
presentations.
This strengthened my communication and relationship-building skills, and I believe that’s key in
sales.
I’m honest, friendly, and confident I can bring value to AT&T.
What would you consider to be your strengths?
ANSWER ✔✔
Building relationships comes naturally to me — essential in sales
I'm a self-starter
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Perseverance and a winning mindset
Comfortable with social media platforms to help build brand presence
