Abstract
Business and management must utilize case studies to highlight various features of
organizational processes. Thus, using the Descriptive Case Study, it becomes much more logical
to comprehend real cases than such situations can be. Exploratory and evaluative Case Studies
also contribute to informed decision-making by assessing the success and impact of specific
techniques or programs. Linear-analytical, Comparative, Chronological Theory Building
'Suspense' and unsequenced case studies offer different approaches that allow analyzing various
sides of the coin for a complicated business problem. Collectively, these case studies formulate a
broader mosaic that clarifies the process of knowledge creation, strategic planning, and
intervention formation in an evolving business world.
