officer can be assured that no persons are inside the area except

Canine drug detection training utilizing vehicles will be conducted in

b. Forfeited and held for auction;
c. Set aside for drug training at approved training sites; and
d. Designated by a Canine training officer or higher authority in his
chain of command as suitable for training
Canine drug kits may be checked out for 24 hours. Use beyond the 24
