o This is a practical portfolio that requires you to visit the information centre.
o Information centre can be a public, community, special, academic, national library,
archive and records management centre.
o If you work in an information centre and you would like to use it, do so in the capacity of
a student.
o A representative of the information centre needs to confirm your visit using any of the
following methods: email to the student (which must be attached as appendix on the
portfolio), information enterprise stamp, writing the names, contacts of the library and
signature on the cover page of your portfolio.
o Students who plagiarise and generate answers from artificial intelligence (AI) will
receive 0% and be subjected to the university disciplinary hearing.
o Ensure that you submit the correct assessment on time, as the submitted
document cannot be changed.
o There will be no extension period after the closing date.
o Do NOT wait until the last minutes to submit the assignment.
