B. Intrapersonal Improvement
1. I can strengthen my self-management by resolving the habit of overplanning.
I love planning and breaking my goals down, but sometimes I get stuck in the
details. In improving this area, I would prioritize taking action over striving for
perfection and simplifying my planning tools. Clear and simple goals will help
to make each step manageable. Focusing solely on starting the first step will
create engagement and motivation. With the daily practice of taking action, I
would also be building my resilience, adaptability, and confidence.

2. Enhancing my self-awareness can be demonstrated by mastering my
emotions and learning how to effectively practice self-regulation when it
comes to my habit of procrastinating. Although it's not the typical topic
when someone thinks of controlling emotions, such as the example of
being a hothead in the course material. In reflecting on ways I could

focused on the conversation, I would demonstrate non-verbal cues to let the
speaker know that I am listening and ensure my best not to interrupt as well.
Finally, I will paraphrase our conversation to ensure there has not been any
miscommunication. In improving my empathy with the daily practice of
active listening, I would be able to improve other factors such as overall
communication, time management, and collaboration in the workspace.
2. In improving the area of relationship management, I would focus on
strengthening my negotiation skill set. The two aspects of negotiation that I
