A. I chose to do Lesson 3.3 "Professional
Communications" activity. In this activity I read over
emails, while doing this I had the opportunity to
demonstrate the disposition of professionalism and
verify that the following information was included.
1. Senders email address
2. Recipients email
address
3.Information in the subject line
4.Title Line
5.Email body
6.Validation Closing statement
7. Complimentary Closing
8. Signature which should include name, student ID
or job title, contact information, and time zone.
As well as making sure that the information was
truthful, respectful to all those in the email, and
respectful of the coworkers or students and not being
critical of them, and keeping information confidential.
I also used the disposition of integrity. I
checked the reliability of the emails, making sure that
they met the behavior in the emails and they were
professional and meeting the expectations of honesty
and integrity, ethical and moral standards, and
confidentiality.
