Longvlies
• Binnenste vlies= pleura visceralis
o Op longoppervlak en vergroeid met longweefsel.
• Buitenste vlies= pleura parietalis
o Vergroeit met binnenzijde thorax en middenrif
• Tussen vliezen in pleuraholte.
o Vacuüm
o Bij inademing buitenste vlies naar buiten bewegen, dus binnenste gaat mee= longen
groter worden.
• Klaplong/pneumothorax= lucht in pleuraholteà geen vacuüm meer en long kan niet goed
uitzetten.
BENOEMT DE ANATOMISCHE STRUCTUUR EN POSITIE VAN HET DIAFRAGMA EN
HET MEDIASTINUM;
Thoraxholte:
• Mediastinum
o Ruimte tussen beide longen in en tussen borstbeen en wervelkolom
o Hart, trachea, oesofagus, aorta, grote bloedvaten, groot aantal zenuwen, thymus en vele
lymfeklieren
• 2 longen met luchtwegen
o Ontplooit gehouden door thoraxwand en surfactant.
o Samenvallen voorkomen door stijfheid thorax, vacuüm pleurabladen en productie
surfactant in longen die oppervlaktespanning verlaagt.
o Neiging om samen te vallen veroorzaakt door elasticiteit van weefsels (recoilkracht),
zwaartekracht en oppervlaktespanning van vloeistoffen die zich in longen bevinden.
• Surfactant (surface active agent) à type II pneumocyte produceert dit.
o Verlaagt aantrekkingskracht tussen watermoleculen.
