1.1 ESTRUCTURA ECONÓMICA Y FINANCIERA DE UNA EMPRESA
ACTIVO Conjunto de bienes y drechos de una empresa .
Conjunto de inversiones realizadas por la empresa para hacer
la actividad.
Genera un bien.




PASIVO Conjunto de obligaciones y obligaciones de pago.
Son todos los recursos financieros puestos a disposicion de la
empresa por sus propietarios.

Patrimonio Exigible son las obligaciones
contraidas por terceros y
son fuentes de financiación
ajena

Patrimonio Neto son fuentes de financiación
propias y son aportaciones
de los propietarios y los
beneficios obtenidos

ACTIVOS NO CORRIENTE están en la empresa por largo tiempo
Inmovlizado material :bienes
tangibles(terrenos, máquinas...)
Inmovilizado intangible: marcas,patentes..
Inversiones inmobiliarias: terrenos y
construcciones
Inmovilizado financiero: inversiones
monetarias a largo plazo
