, Inleiding
Dit verslag is geschreven voor de module regisseren van zorg. Hierbij wordt gewerkt aan de
leeruitkomsten die horen hij deze module. Het werken van de verpleegkundige in
multidisciplinaire context heeft hierbij een grote rol. Zo wordt er dieper ingegaan op wat de
verpleegkundige rol precies inhoudt en hoe het multidisciplinaire team eruit ziet en wat hun
taken zijn. Daarnaast zijn er verbetervoorstellen gedaan voor de zorg rondom dhr. x en is
beschreven hoe deze geregisseerd wordt door de auteur. Daarnaast wordt er nog in gegaan
op belangrijke wetten, cultuur-sensitief werken en ten slotte shared decision making.
