what was said, provided more explanation regarding your subject. Provide a final personal
statement. All explanation and does not include evidence. Do not repeat key words from the
paper especially from the thesis.
Thesis - ANSWERSA sentence with a subject and opinion that can be argued. This comes at the
end of the introduction paragraph. Without a solid thesis you can not have a solid essay.
Evidence - ANSWERSSpecific details that form the backbone or core of the body paragraphs.
Evidence must be from reliable sources and quoted and cited correctly. Synonyms: * facts *
