Leaving the Scene of Injury to animals - ANSWER-Any person who strikes and injures
any, horse, dog, cat or cattle must stop and try to locate the owner or a police officer,
and take reasonable actions to ensure animals gets the necessary attention, and report
to the owner, or police officer if owner is not found and also exchange license and
insurance information.

Accidents - ANSWER-Every police or judicial officer to whom an accident resulting in
