However, archaeological evidence suggest that the dog was domesticated about 14,000
(1,200 B.C.) years ago. DNA sequencing technology, though, suggests that the dog
was domesticated from a now extinct wolf as long as 30,000 years ago. The earliest
domestic food animal species was sheep (somewhere around 8000 B.C ), followed by
goats, pigs and cattle (6,500 B.C.); llamas (5,500 B.C.); horses (3,500 B.C.); donkeys
(4,000 B.C.); reindeer (3,000 B.C.); chickens (6,000 B.C.).
(Idea of how to remember: Rihanna Had Dog-Like-Cats Go Purchase Cat Stuff. Also,
every other number has a 500 rather than just in the thousands if you organize them
that way. Additionally, you just have to remember that there is not a 4,500 and it jumps
up to 5,500 and then there is no 7,000 or 7,500 because it skips to 8000)
Define the specialties of animal science. - Correct Ans-Genetics, Nutrition, Physiology,
Animal Health, Animal Behavior, Meat Science. Dairy Product Science, and
Biotechnology.
(Idea of how to remember: GNPAHABMSDPSB - The way that my brain connects these
letters is that GNPA sounds like Grandpa, HAB sounds like Had, MS spells Ms. and
DPS is like Department of Public Safety and B is the only letter left out. So, the crazy
sentence that my brain remembers is: Grandpa had Ms. DPS Baby. I know that I'm
explaining my strange brain waves, so please come up with a way that makes sense to
you! )
