TASK 2
PASSED ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT

This TASK:
❖ Task 2 passed on the first attempt.
❖ This Task is significantly easier to Understand
❖ This version is improved for clarity, coherence,
and professional tone

, ### A. Personal Values
**Explain your top FOUR personal core values with detail on why they
are personally meaningful to you.**

1. **Honesty**
Honesty is my number one core value. I have always valued honesty
deeply in both my personal and professional life because it is one of the
most significant traits that make a person stand out. Honesty goes hand
in hand with integrity, forming the foundation of trust. When someone
is honest, I know I can rely on them for help or support in any aspect of
life since they are truthful and dependable.

2. **Integrity**
Integrity means keeping your word, and it is my second most important
value. I hold myself to very high standards, especially in the workplace. I
have always maintained strong moral ethics because of how my parents
raised me, and now I teach my own children these same principles. I
emphasize respect, good manners, and treating everyone as equals
because how you treat others reflects who you are. I apply these values
as a manager by encouraging my employees to also live with integrity
and respect.
