changes should have serum alpha-1 level
Pneumonia - Answer inflammation and consolidation.
Community acquired or Hospital acquired
Most often streptococcus pneumonia, Haemophilis influenzae, or Staphylococcus aureus.
Pneumonia Signs and symptoms - Answer cough, fever, malaise, shaking chills, rigors, chest
discomfort.
Can be tachycardic, tachypneaic.
Uneven fremitus, dull percussion over consolidation.
Crackles on auscultation
