Pupils are small, but reactive to light, Respirations = regular, PR and Vol. are
normal
Skin pink or slightly flushed
Stage may be maintained for hours
Stage Four: Medullary depression (Too far, do not want this stage)
Too much anesthesia has been administered.
Respirations = shallow
