the project and continually measures the project's progress and identifies appropriate corrective
actions in situations where the project's performance deviates significantly from the plan

end of project transition - ANS-implementing all the transition activities that need to occur at the
end of a project, including (but not limited to) confirming the deliverables with beneficiaries,
collecting lessons learned, and completing the administrative, financial and contractual closure
activities.
