Activity Prayer

Introduce, discuss and integrate classroom rules
Start the lesson with a scenario related to midline theorem:
Aling Mids owns a triangular farm. Two sides of the farm are extended, and the
new lengths are double the original sides. If the original measurements are 8m,
10m, and 12m, what is the new perimeter of the farm?
Ask students to estimate or brainstorm how doubling sides can impact the shape
and size of the farm. This aims to create excitement and curiosity about the
upcoming lesson.
B. Activity/ Engage students in a group activity where they are given a chance to collaborate
Strategy with others.
Divide students into small groups and provide them with a triangle diagram. Ask
them to locate midpoints and draw the segment connecting them.
Have students predict relationships between this segment and the third side of
